Q: Is customized filter or OEM available?
A: Yes, we need your detailed application description and required filter specifications.
Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build new molds with molding fee charged.
Q: What's your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes, PE membranes + carton cases. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q: What's the terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balancing.
Q: What's your terms of delivery?
A: EXW/FOB/CIF. Customer indicated forwarders or our own agents.
Q: How about your production lead time?
A: Generally, within MOQ quantity it takes 5-7 working days after receiving your advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on models and the quantity of your order, which should be checked with our planners.
Q: What's your sample policy?
A: We can supply 1~2 samples if we have stock, but the customers have to pay 100% sample cost and the courier cost in advance, and we will refund sample cost in your bulk orders.
