Audited Supplier A metallic knitted wire mesh filter is a traditional way to purify and separate gas/oil in industrial applications.
This CJ - 240-SS-0.14 filter is designed for emulsion separation.
Compare to 0.28mm wire, you will find a double surface area for a much finer filtration efficiency.
The wire mesh filter consists of several superimposed filter mats, a metal frame, and a mesh on the front and back sides.
We manufacture the frames using galvanized sheet steel, aluminum, or stainless steel according to your working environment.
The internal filtration media can be generally metallic or metallic+fiber depending on the filtration demand.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes, PE membranes + carton cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
