Excellent temperature resistance: it can be operated continuously at 204 °C and can withstand repeated fluctuating temperature at 250 °C.
Excellent dimensional stability: only less than 1% thermal shrinkage at 250 °C, which has excellent high temperature stability.
Remarkable fire resistance: it only begins to decompose and carbonation at 400 °C. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) is 30, which is neither spontaneous combustion nor combustion aid.
Good chemical resistance: Low concentrations of acid and base and most hydrocarbons do not affect it, and even a small amount offluoride does not significantly corrode it.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build new molds with molding fee charged; once bulk order placed, it will be reimbursed.

 

Q: What's your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes, PE membranes + carton cases. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

 

Q: What's the terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balancing.
