This 24356667 filter element uses micro fiberglass depth media to capture coarse particles at 1 micron absolute. It is not a high precision final filter but a general purpose pre filter or standalone cleaner for pneumatic lines where extreme oil removal is not required.

The media structure traps rust scale dust and liquid droplets while maintaining very low flow resistance. Pressure drop stays at or below 001 bar, which cuts compressor energy use by 5 to 7 percent compared to clogged or undersized elements.

Flow rating is 05 Nm³ per minute, suitable for single point of use applications such as feeding a laser cutting head protecting an electronic pick and place vacuum generator or cleaning air before a sandblasting nozzle. The compact body measures only 38 mm in diameter and 70 mm in height, fitting easily into cramped machine cabinets or valve panels.

Construction includes engineering plastic end caps and Buna N seals rated for 01 to 20 MPa pressure and temperatures up to 80°C. Service interval reaches 8000 hours under typical industrial conditions, reducing maintenance frequency.

Unlike activated carbon cartridges that remove oil vapor, the 24356667 focuses on solid particulate and bulk liquid removal. It works best as a first stage filter or as a low cost solution for non critical air lines where 1 micron cleanliness is sufficient.
